Our people

Small and mighty, our team at Booth Ag work really well together. Rolf, Matt, Chris, Andy, Kyle and Brendo are the on farm /operations team and each have complimentary skill sets and enjoy what they do.

Behind the scenes, we are fortunate to work alongside an excellent livestock team, agronomic teams in corn, spuds and grains as well as financial advisory teams which ensure we manage the business in such a way, that we can reward our people with great remuneration and flexibility.

Rolf contracts to BoothAg and assists us greatly during sowing, harvest and with various construction projects.

After the purchase of Cheriton Park in 2024, Chris joined BoothAg to commence a new role with us in August 2024. He and his family live at the house on “Cheriton Park”.

In December 2024, Kyle commenced a new role with us.

Seasonal staff which supplement the main team

We are grateful for the hard work of backpackers from time to time.

Currently we have enjoyed Dave and Andy who joined BoothAg in Jan 2024 to assist us with our inaugural potato harvest. Dave finished in August 2024, but Andy has stayed on with us to assist with general work on the farms, and is currently back home in Estonia with his family, returning in January 2025 to do another summer season with BoothAg.

Matias & Amanda joined us for 4 weeks for the summer grain harvest - and have headed to Victoria to assist Amanda progress her nursing career.

We are currently looking for another backpacker to join BoothAg. Click here for more info

We often have backpackers travelling with friends or partner and they want to travel together. There is a second business we work alongside that can provide work for a friend or partner of the backpacker we employ. There is also a cafe in nearby Geurie who is looking for someone to assist with preparing meals if you have a partner who enjoys a little farm work and a little cooking in a commercial kitchen.
